We went back to work in the morning on our project, but broke at 11:30 to leave for the Waterloo station to catch a train to King Henry the VIII's summer palace - Hampton Court.
The train ride is 34 minutes, just enough time to have it's gentle rocking motion lull many a passenger to sleep. The palace and gardens were beautiful as always. The school day ended at 5, we returned via train and tube to London and the student were free to begin a weekend of fun. London is such a beautiful city with such fun and interesting architecture.
